We're excited to announce a new class on Fridays, dedicated to the Jumpboard!
One of our amazing instructors, Giuseppe will be teaching the class every Friday at 12.45pm.

Class description and suitability:
Reformer Jumpboard is a fun, low-impact cardio workout using the jumpboard attachment on the reformer. Expect flowing, powerful movements that build strength, stamina, and coordination while being kind to your joints. A great option if you want to raise your heart rate, improve power, and add variety to your reformer practice.
PLEASE NOTE, this class is unsuitable for some people, as follows:
You should avoid this class if you:
- Are pregnant
- Have acute or chronic lower back pain
- Are recovering from recent surgery
- Have pelvic floor dysfunction or abdominal separation (diastasis recti) unless cleared by a professional
- Are new to reformer Pilates and haven’t yet built a strong core foundation
Jumpboard involves dynamic, repetitive movements that place greater demand on joints, core stability, and coordination. If you’re unsure whether this class is right for you, we recommend starting with a Reformer Beginner class or speaking to one of our instructors before booking.
