We've made a number of changes and added new classes to make sure there's plenty of space for you to get to the classes you want!


From Monday 19th Jan:


Mon 5pm Reformer Intermediate changed to Reformer Next Step


Tue 12.30pm Reformer Beginner changed to Reformer Next Step


Wed 7.30am New Reformer Next Step


Wed 8.30am New Reformer Beginner


Wed 9.30am New Reformer Intermediate


Wed 7.30pm New Ignite Indoor Cycle
