A beautiful, nurturing space designed for mothers and babies to move, rest, and reconnect - exactly as they are.
Led by Federica Rossetto, a qualified postnatal yoga teacher and certified postnatal doula, this class goes far beyond gentle stretching. Each session focuses on rebuilding deep core and pelvic floor strength, supporting posture, and restoring balance in the body after pregnancy and birth.
You’ll explore mindful movement, breathwork to calm the nervous system, and moments of grounding that help ease the mental load of early motherhood. The class is intentionally slow and supportive, respecting the body’s natural pace of recovery - whether you had a vaginal birth or a caesarean.
Babies are free to feed, cry, sleep, or cuddle throughout the session - there’s no pressure, only warmth and understanding. You’ll leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more at home in your body.
Suitable from 6-8 weeks postpartum (or after your postnatal check). Babies up to crawling age.
Move gently, bond deeply, and recover with kindness - body and mind.
