Class changes this September

Here at Rise we're updating our timetable for a fresh start in September 2026.

On the timetable you'll find our normal "Beginner" and "Next Step" classes until 20th September. Then you'll see they change to "Foundations" and "Flow" from Monday 21st September onwards.

Reformer Classes

New to us? We recommend starting by attending 4-5 Foundations classes before then moving to Flow (our open level).

Foundations

Start your Reformer Pilates journey here!

This beginner-friendly class is calm, supportive, and designed to help you feel confident from your very first session. We’ll guide you through the basics at an easy pace — no pressure, no jargon, just a welcoming space to move, learn, and feel great. If you're new to Reformer we recommend taking 4-5 Foundations classes then moving into Flow classes (our open level class)

Flow

When you've learned the basics in our Foundations classes it's time to move to Flow. This is our open level class, designed to develop confidence, strength and control while introducing more challenge and variety to your classes.

Ideal once you’re ready to move beyond beginner, this class helps you progress your movement, refine technique and continue buil

Dynamic

Ready to build on your Reformer practice? Dynamic is designed for those who feel confident in our Flow classes and are looking for a little more challenge.

Expect familiar movements with added pace, progression and intensity, often incorporating the jumpboard to bring an energising, cardio-focused dimension to your workout. You’ll continue to move with control and focus, while exploring more challenging sequences designed to build strength, stamina and confidence.

Barre & Bounce

A fun, energising Reformer class bringing together the best of barre and jumpboard work. Expect controlled, barre-inspired movements using the jumpboard as your rail, combined with bursts of low-impact bouncing to get your heart rate up.
